	Johnson Lakes Apartments, a 160-unit complex in Pensacola, Florida, has been named the top senior housing project for 2008 by Affordable Housing Finance magazine.
	Globe Tobacco Lofts, 43 apartments fashioned from an 1880s-era warehouse in Mount Airy, N.C., was named the best mixed-income development in the 2008 J. Timothy Anderson Awards for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation.

Landmark Property Management Co. was formed in 2001 to look after projects developed and owned by our parent company, The Landmark Group of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Each of our properties has a site manager who is responsible for day-to-day operations, normal maintenance and emergencies. Assisting the site managers are four district managers.

Leading the team is our director of property management, Blair Maas. She has received Annual Compliance Expert (ACE) certification by Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC) and is recognized as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) by the National Affordable Housing Management Association/ National Association of Home Builders.

We take extra pride in our properties because they belong to us, and we think of our residents as part of the family. In all, we manage more than 2,800 apartments in 68 properties in seven states.
