Scholarships of up to $2,000 per year are awarded to qualified residents attending any accredited college, university, community college, or vocation technical school.

Home Ownership Program policy starting at a minimum of $1,000, we will match the resident’s savings dollar for dollar up to a maximum of $5,000.

The Youth Recognition Program promotes improved academic performance, good school attendance, and appropriate behavior for students in grades 3-12. Students who successfully complete the program earn an expense-paid trip at the end of the school year. CAHEC also sponsors a Dollars for A’s incentive where all 6th-12th graders receive a $50 savings bond for each A on their final report card.
